Locations and Enterprises Covered under this document: Locations including but not limited to 28774 Log Cabin Rd. Salisbury, MD; including all other properties and locations under control by lease, ownership, common ownership or otherwise by Little Lane Flower Company and all subsidiaries and partnerships

 

Product and Services Covered: Wildflower, Crimson Clover, Sunflowers, Turf and Buckwheat fields for photographic and tourism purposes

 

 

Time Slot Requirements: Time slots are sold as 1 hour slots. One hour slots are $25/ HR.  Client is not to enter the property until the time slot starts and must have agreed to terms herein, additionally the client must be off the property when the time slot ends.

 

Damage of product: Client agrees to exercise all due care in caring for, and preserving the property of Little Lane Flower Co. Any damages to the property are the responsibility of the client.

 

Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Little Lane Flower Co. and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors from any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to services and/or product(s) Little Lane Flower Co. provides to the client. Client is responsible for any liability of their clients while on Little Lane Flower Co. Property.

Scheduling and Dues:  Scheduling must be requested at least 5 days prior to the time slot requested. Total dues are due 2 days prior to arriving at Little Lane Flower Co.
